We typically use our 3 stage water purifier with a water-fed pole and nylon brush that is safe on the glass and dries spot and streak free. For interior window cleaning, we use a more traditional approach with a mop and squeegee. 

We recommend getting your windows cleaned at least twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. If you neglect getting the windows cleaned, it shortens the lifespan of the windows (specifically the seals). Getting the windows cleaned at least twice a year will ensure a longer lifespan of the window seals, glass, and frames and is far cheaper than brand-new windows for the whole property.

We scrub down the outside of the gutters with a nylon or boar’s hair brush and water-fed pole, enhancing the curb appeal of the home for a very affordable rate. We do not clean the inside of the gutters, however, we have partners that provide that service. Get in touch with us, and we will be happy to refer you to them.

Very little for exterior services; all that we ask is that we have access to an exterior tap/ garden hose, as well as all of the windows closed and gates unlocked. If you requested interior window cleaning, we ask that you move curtains and/or objects out of the way from the windows so the job can go as smoothly as possible.
